HireHawk connects skilled professionals with remote opportunities at U.S. and Canadian companies. This full-time contractor role is remote, working CT hours, and focuses on post-production of short-form videos for Instagram and Facebook.

You’ll own the editing process, deliver 3–4 videos per day across 4–6 clients, and preserve each client’s voice while refining captions and pacing. Collaboration with the founder is direct and ongoing.

Formación

• Portfolio including Instagram Reels and talking-head content.
• 3–5 years editing experience; 2+ years in social content preferred.
• Excellent sense of pacing, framing, and story structure.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote setup.

Responsabilidades

• Turn approximately 20-minute conversational recordings into polished short-form videos.
• Add captions, framing, B-roll, punch-ins, and supporting visuals as needed.
• Deliver platform-ready videos with clean audio and subtitles.
• Maintain organization across 4–6 clients and complete about 3–4 videos per day.
• Adapt editing style to each client and founder’s preferences; apply feedback quickly.
• Flag unclear messaging early and take initiative on next steps.
