Entrepreneur Cooperative seeks a Senior Video Editor for a fully remote role supporting campaigns for North American universities. You will edit advertising videos, mentor teammates, and ensure content meets brand guidelines across digital platforms.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of agency experience, mastery of Premiere Pro, and strong storytelling. You’ll collaborate with designers, copywriters, and strategists to deliver polished videos for YouTube, social media, and paid campaigns.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of professional video editing experience, preferably in an agency, media production, or marketing team.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, plus working knowledge of After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Experience editing content for ads, marketing, or corporate communications.
• Strong storytelling ability with pacing, audience engagement, and visual impact.
• Familiarity with motion graphics (text animations, lower thirds, transitions).
• Technical knowledge of color grading, sound design, and video formatting for social media, web, and broadcast.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Fluent English communication skills, with the ability to work with U.S.-based teams.
• Experience optimizing video content for multiple platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, TV).
