BairesDev seeks a Senior SOC Engineer to act as a product SME for enterprise customers, guiding security operations, scripting automation, and customer enablement. You will troubleshoot critical issues and help customers realize ROI from their security investments.

The role emphasizes clear communication, hands-on technical work across SIEM/XDR platforms, and a fully remote setup with global collaboration. Fluency in English is required.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in Security Operations environments.
• Experience with SIEM/SOAR/XDR platforms (Splunk, Sentinel, QRadar, CrowdStrike Falcon or equivalent).
• Strong XDR/EDR experience; Cortex XDR preferred; other XDRs acceptable.
• Scripting ability in Python and/or JavaScript for automation.
• Linux system administration in production environments.
• Cloud security awareness across GCP, AWS, or Azure.
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills; fluent English.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as a trusted advisor and product SME for enterprise customers using a converged XDR/SIEM/SOAR platform.
• Troubleshoot critical customer issues with detection, triage, incident response expertise.
• Write scripts and build integrations to automate customer workflows.
• Train customers and create knowledge base articles to drive product adoption.
• Help customers realize ROI and ongoing value from their security platform.
