Pearster is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer / Business Systems Analyst to join a Canadian fintech client in a hybrid role. You’ll blend business analysis, solution design, and ServiceNow development to deliver scalable enterprise solutions across the ServiceNow platform.

You will work with stakeholders and other developers to analyze requirements, configure and develop the platform, and support enhancements from intake through production, contributing to automation and governance.”

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow, including hands-on development and configuration.
• Experience as a ServiceNow Developer, Business Systems Analyst, Technical Systems Analyst, or Solution Consultant.
• Strong Business Analysis skills, including requirements gathering, user stories, and process flows.
• Experience with ServiceNow Asset Management, Security, and Risk modules such as HAM, SAM, SIR, VR, IRM, and TPRM.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Act as the primary Business Systems Analyst and SME for multiple requests and initiatives.
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical specs, user stories, and workflows.
• Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow solutions across modules.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and delivery teams throughout the lifecycle.
• Ensure solutions align with governance, security, and enterprise architecture.
