Qualifications

• Formal training or certification in security engineering concepts with 5+ years of applied experience.
• Hands-on engineering with Hardware Security Modules and highly available infrastructure.
• Experience with network security, firewalls, and secure room operations and key ceremonies.
• Proficient Linux/Unix administration in enterprise environments.
• Ability to design and document infrastructure architectures using standard tools.

Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and document complex HSM and cryptographic infrastructure.
• Implement HSM solutions across Thales and FutureX platforms and manage full lifecycle.
• Create diagrams, runbooks and documentation for runbooks and continuity.
• Collaborate to define standards, security controls, and resiliency aligned with policy.
• Oversee migrations, upgrades, and consolidations of HSM infra with minimal disruption.
• Provide guidance on key management, confidential computing, and PCI/FIS standards.
• Participate in risk assessments, audits, and incident response activities.
