EY Talent IT Service Delivery team seeks an Application Engineer Team Lead to drive end-to-end SAP BTP-based application delivery, focusing on Employee Central and SuccessFactors integration. You will lead a skilled team, coordinate with PMs, QA, and support, and steer workshops to capture requirements.

You will mentor consultants, design roadmaps, manage budgets, and ensure robust security and performance across Neo and Cloud Foundry environments.

Formación

• Experience leading SAP BTP projects and teams.
• Strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors and integration with SAP systems.
• Experience with Neo & Cloud Foundry environments and CAP model.
• Proven ability to deliver end-to-end SAP HR/Employee Central solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and mentor a team of consultants through project lifecycles.
• Oversee Employee Central projects from discovery to deployment and support.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Collaborate with project managers, QA, and support teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Coordinate workshops with stakeholders to capture requirements.
• Ensure security configurations and compliance for SAP BTP applications.
