EY GDS – SAP TechOps is seeking a SAP Basis Senior to ensure the stability, performance, and availability of SAP systems across multiple regions for EY clients. The role emphasizes leadership, global collaboration, and on-call support to meet critical business requirements.

The ideal candidate brings 7+ years of SAP Basis experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work in a multi-region environment with international teams.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of technical experience.
• 5+ years in SAP Basis administration with global operations.
• Experience with SAP system installation, configuration and upgrades.

Responsabilidades

• Provide day-to-day SAP Basis management and support across SAP landscapes.
• Lead and coordinate troubleshooting, performance tuning, and issue resolution.
• Manage system monitoring, capacity planning, and scalability initiatives.
• Oversee upgrades/patches, changes, and ITIL-based processes.
• Mentor junior team members and document best practices.
