EY GDS – SAP TechOps Team seeks a SAP Basis Senior to ensure stability, performance, and availability of SAP systems across regions for global clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to address issues, implement enhancements, and optimize performance in a multi-region environment.

The role offers opportunities to work with high-quality teams, to support global 500 clients, and to drive automation and innovation in SAP operations.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer, Engineering, Science or related field.
• 7+ years of technical experience with SAP Basis administration.
• Experience leading Basis teams, upgrades, monitoring, and ITIL change management.
• Strong troubleshooting and multi-region coordination skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide day-to-day Application Management support for SAP Applications as Level 2/3.
• Lead SAP Basis activities including system administration and performance tuning.
• Monitor capacity and tune systems for high availability and scalability.
• Coordinate complex issue resolution and root-cause analysis.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and advise on SAP infrastructure.
