Aquiva Labs, Inc. is seeking a Product Owner to drive value for clients and end users. You will translate client needs into clear requirements, guide the engineering team, and ensure outcomes are measured against business goals. You will own the backlog in an Agile environment and align cross-functional teams to deliver high-value solutions.

The role requires Salesforce experience, strong English communication, and a strategic, execution-focused mindset to challenge assumptions and drive impact.

Formación

• 3+ years of Product Owner experience, preferably in a Salesforce environment.
• Salesforce experience across Salesforce Core, Agentforce, and Data 360.
• Agile delivery experience in Scrum or similar environments.
• Strong client-facing communication and English facilitation skills.
• Strategic and execution-oriented thinking with analytical ability.
• Comfort presenting options, trade-offs, and recommendations.

Responsabilidades

• Client and outcome ownership: be the primary client-facing product partner and lead discovery.
• Requirements translation: convert client needs into measurable backlog items.
• Risk and opportunity: identify gaps early and present trade-offs.
• Product strategy: define vision and roadmap based on outcomes and value.
• Delivery leadership: own backlog and define acceptance criteria with teams.
• Validation: run acceptance testing and verify business outcomes.
• Cross-functional advisory: bridge business and technical teams, support presales and QBRs.
