AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to design and build scalable CRM solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and platform configuration.

You will implement AI-assisted workflows with Agentforce, ensure Salesforce security and performance, and collaborate across product, admin, and architect teams. Remote with flexible hours; 4+ years of Salesforce CRM development and REST/platform events experience preferred.

Formación

• 4+ years of Salesforce CRM development experience.
• Expertise in Apex, SOQL, LWC, triggers, and asynchronous processing.
• Experience with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
• Experience building scalable automation and integration solutions on Salesforce.
• Familiarity with Agentforce, Einstein, or AI-enabled Salesforce capabilities.
• Understanding of the Salesforce security model, sharing, profiles and governor limits.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce CRM solutions using Apex, LWC, Flows and configuration.
• Build reusable services, triggers, batch jobs, integrations and automation frameworks.
• Implement and support Agentforce-related AI-assisted experiences and workflows.
• Collaborate with product managers, admins, architects and stakeholders to define technical solutions.
• Support integrations with external systems via REST APIs and platform events.
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root-cause analysis.
• Contribute to code reviews, release planning and technical documentation.
