Descripción de la vacante

AgileEngine is seeking a Senior/Lead Salesforce Developer to own complex post-sales platforms and AI-enabled workflows. You will work in US Central Time, building modern Salesforce solutions with Apex/LWC, enhancing Service Cloud features, and supporting Aura/Visualforce components.

You will join a globally distributed team, focusing on reliability, performance, and strategic integrations with Snowflake. This role offers 100% remote work with flexible hours and strong professional growth

Formación

4+ years of experience in Salesforce development.
Strong development skills using Apex, LWC, and Flows.
Service Cloud, Salesforce integrations, and Omnichannel.
Hands-on experience with production Salesforce support and troubleshooting.
Proven ability in operational/incident ownership, monitoring, and incident management.
Upper-intermediate English level.

Responsabilidades

Support the unified work architecture for post-sales support and operational excellence across Salesforce Service Cloud and related systems.
Work across active engineering workstreams including AI Case Summarization, bulk email/communications platform, omnichannel routing and case orchestration.
Rotate into the DFR role to triage critical alerts, monitor platform health KPIs, handle keep-the-lights-on injects, track open incidents, investigate routing and automation failures, and document findings in Confluence.
