AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to design and build scalable CRM solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flows. This role also brings AI-assisted capabilities like Agentforce into production to enhance sales and service workflows.

You will collaborate with product managers, admins, architects, and stakeholders, implement REST integrations, and help ensure security and performance on the Salesforce platform. Remote work with flexible hours is available.

Formación

• 4+ years Salesforce CRM development experience.
• Hands-on Apex, SOQL, LWC, triggers, async processing.
• Experience with Sales Cloud or Service Cloud.
• Experience building scalable automation & integrations.
• Familiarity with Agentforce, Einstein, or AI-enabled capabilities.
• Understanding of Salesforce security model, governor limits.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce CRM solutions using Apex, LWC, and Flows.
• Build reusable services, triggers, batch jobs, integrations, and automation.
• Implement Agentforce experiences and AI-assisted workflows.
• Collaborate with product managers, admins, architects, and stakeholders.
• Support integrations with external systems via REST APIs and platform events.
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root-cause analysis.
• Contribute to code reviews, release planning, and technical docs.
