EPAM Systems in Argentina seeks a Senior Salesforce Developer to model data, handle large data volumes, and integrate with third-party systems. You will implement complex business logic, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance for scalable solutions.

You will work with a team of 6–10 colleagues and engage vendors to support Salesforce within the telecommunications domain. Strong English communication is required for client meetings and cross-team collaboration.

Formación

• At least 3 years of commercial experience in software development.
• Strong hands-on expertise with the Salesforce platform for delivering enterprise-grade business solutions.
• Solid experience in Salesforce Development, including building custom applications and components.
• Proficiency in Salesforce Apex for implementing complex server-side business logic.
• Practical knowledge of Salesforce Automation Processes for streamlining business workflows.
• Proven experience with Salesforce Integration, including connecting Salesforce to external systems and third-party services.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English (B2+ level or higher).

• Conduct technical research and propose optimized solutions tailored to business needs.
• Build new functionalities and enhancements based on input from analysts and product owners.
• Provide ongoing support, deliver enhancements, and refactor/optimize existing features during maintenance.
