EPAM Systems in Argentina seeks a Lead Salesforce Developer to own data modeling, manage large data volumes, and integrate with external systems. You will build complex business logic, diagnose issues, and optimize performance and scalability.

You will lead a small team, coordinate with vendors, and participate in client meetings to align requirements and deliverables. Strong English communication is required for global collaboration.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of professional software development experience.
• At least 1 year of leading development teams.
• Extensive experience with Salesforce platform and Apex.
• Strong integration experience between Salesforce and external systems.
• Proficient English communication (B2+).

Responsabilidades

• Own data modeling and manage large data volumes on the Salesforce platform.
• Collaborate with a 6–10 person team and external vendors to advance Salesforce within telecom.
• Participate in client and team meetings to review requirements and progress.
• Architect and implement complex business logic and optimize performance.
• Develop new features and enhancements guided by analysts and product owners.
• Provide ongoing support, roll out improvements, and refactor existing functionality.
