Bridgenext is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to design, develop, test, and implement Salesforce solutions for a remote LATAM team, preferably based in Argentina. You will work with business analysts and platform teams to translate needs into technical designs and deliver robust Salesforce-based integrations.

Ideal candidates have solid Apex, VF, and Lightning experience, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate across disciplines in an agile environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in CS/IT or related field.
• 2+ years of Salesforce customization and integration experience.
• 3+ years delivering enterprise software projects.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I/II certifications desirable.
• Proficient in Apex, VF, LWC, APIs, and web tech basics.
• Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP, HTML5, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and CRM integrations.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with data modeling, ETL tools, and DBs.

Position Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to join our Abiomed SFDC support team. As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and implementing Salesforce solutions to meet our business requirements for specific integration project. You will work closely with business analyst, stakeholders and other platform teams to understand their needs and design the proper technical solutions within the Salesforce platform. This role requires deep technical expertise in Salesforce development, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies.
• Customize Salesforce applications by configuring objects, fields, workflows, process builder, validation rules, etc.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs.
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing to ensure the quality of solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior developers.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features, best practices, and industry trends.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce applications.

Workplace Remote based role in LATAM, preferably in Argentina

Must Have Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of experience developing Salesforce customizations (Apex/VF), integrations, and developing and executing data migrations
• 3+ years of experience in technology implementation for full lifecycle enterprise software projects
• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and II are highly desirable.
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, Salesforce APIs, and other Salesforce technologies.
• Good technical foundation including Advanced structured programming
• Software engineering skills with Force.com Platform (Apex, VisualForce, SOQL, Unit Testing)
• Experience and expertise in core web technologies including HTML5, Javascript and jQuery
• Experience with Agile development methodologies such as XP/SCRUM
• Experience with web services (REST & SOAP, JSON & XML, etc.)
• Demonstrated experience and knowledge of relational databases, data modeling, and ETL tools
• Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills
• Direct experience working on CRM projects for middle market and enterprise size companies
• Working knowledge and experience with complex business systems integration as well as object-oriented design patterns and development

Preferred Skills

• Software engineering skills with Java SE & EE (Java, JSF, SQL) preferred
