Possumus seeks a Salesforce Solution Architect to lead architectural design and governance for Salesforce Health Cloud and Service Cloud-based transformations in the healthcare sector.

You will define end-to-end architecture, govern integrations, data models and security, and guide decisions across partners and internal teams. Hybrid by purpose in Buenos Aires, with 5+ years of Salesforce architecture experience expected.

• 5+ years in software design, development and Salesforce projects.
• 4–6 years as Solution/Technical Architect leading Salesforce projects.

Responsabilidades

• Design conceptual and technical architectures aligned with business objectives.
• Lead architectural design of Salesforce Health Cloud and Service Cloud solutions.
• Evaluate standard Salesforce capabilities vs. custom development.
• Validate data models, extensibility patterns and platform scalability.
• Define and govern integration contracts between Salesforce, APIs, middleware and legacy systems.
• Establish integration patterns using REST/SOAP, Platform Events and Bulk APIs.

• Review and approve architectural deliverables (HLDs, LLDs, ADRs).
• Serve as main technical contact for Salesforce architects, partners and stakeholders.

• Ensure the platform supports high transaction volumes within governor limits.
• Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance across implementation.

At Possumus, we are looking for a Salesforce Solution Architect to join a complex digital transformation project within the healthcare sector.

In this role, you will lead the architectural design and technical governance of solutions built on Salesforce Health Cloud and Service Cloud. You will ensure that platform capabilities, integrations and data models are aligned with business objectives, scalability, security and healthcare interoperability standards.

You will work closely with development teams, Product Owners, technology partners and key stakeholders, defining end-to-end architecture and guiding technical decisions across the Salesforce ecosystem.

What you will be doing

• Design conceptual and technical architectures aligned with business objectives.
• Lead the architectural design of solutions based on Salesforce Health Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Define the standard-first strategy, evaluating standard Salesforce capabilities versus custom development.
• Validate data models, extensibility patterns and platform scalability.
• Define and govern integration contracts between Salesforce, APIs, middleware, databases and legacy systems.
• Establish synchronous and asynchronous integration patterns using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Change Data Capture, Bulk APIs, External Services and Named Credentials.
• Support the conceptual mapping between healthcare data, Salesforce Health Cloud objects and HL7/FHIR resources.
• Review and approve architectural deliverables, including HLDs, LLDs and ADRs.
• Act as the main technical point of contact for Salesforce architects, implementation partners and internal stakeholders.
• Define security and data protection models using profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, Field Audit Trail, Event Monitoring and Salesforce Shield.
• Ensure the platform can support high transaction volumes while respecting Salesforce governor limits.
• Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance throughout the implementation.

Minimum Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in software design, development and implementation.
• Between 4 and 6 years of experience as a Solution Architect or Technical Architect leading medium- or high-complexity Salesforce projects.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud, including Service Console, Case Management, Omnichannel Routing, Knowledge and Entitlements/SLAs.
• Solid experience with Salesforce integration patterns, APIs and middleware solutions such as MuleSoft, Apigee, Boomi or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, microservices and distributed systems.
• Experience with standard and custom Salesforce data models, sharing and visibility models.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Health Cloud, HL7/FHIR, OmniStudio or previous experience in the healthcare industry will be highly valued

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce Health Cloud, particularly PNM and/or UM.
• Previous experience in healthcare environments, such as health insurance, prepaid healthcare organizations, provider networks or occupational risk insurance.
• Knowledge of HL7 v2 and FHIR R4 interoperability standards.
• Experience with OmniStudio, including FlexCards, OmniScripts, Integration Procedures and DataRaptors.
• Knowledge of the Health Cloud Business Rules Engine.
• Experience with Tableau or CRM Analytics.
• Knowledge of Marketing Cloud Engagement, Experience Cloud and Agentforce/Einstein.
• Experience working with scaled agile methodologies, such as SAFe.
• Salesforce architecture, integration, Health Cloud or HL7/FHIR certifications.
