AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Salesforce Business Analyst to support the Salesforce Data Cloud implementation, collaborating with marketing and product teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions. You will design data flows, validate data pipelines, and work with admins and data teams to ensure reliable analytics.

Applicants should have 4+ years in Salesforce analysis, strong Flow Builder and CRM knowledge, and excellent communication.

Formación

• 4+ years of Salesforce Business Analysis or a related Salesforce functional role.
• Experience with Salesforce Flow Builder.
• Salesforce Administration experience or strong knowledge of Salesforce platform configuration.
• Experience with Agentforce.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM processes, including Leads, Accounts, and Opportunities.
• Basic to intermediate SQL skills for data validation and analysis.
• Experience gathering requirements, facilitating stakeholder discussions, and translating business needs into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Upper-intermediate English level.

Responsabilidades

• Work directly with marketing and product managers to gather requirements and translate them into Salesforce Data Cloud use cases.
• Design and optimize data flows and integrations within Salesforce Data Cloud.
• Support analytics and reporting by ensuring high-quality, reliable data pipelines.
• Collaborate closely with data teams, Salesforce admins, and business stakeholders to bridge technical and business requirements.
• Contribute to a fresh start implementation (no migration) of Salesforce Data Cloud.
