AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support Salesforce Data Cloud implementations, working with marketing and product managers to translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions. You will collaborate with data teams, Salesforce admins, and business stakeholders to design data flows and ensure reliable pipelines.
Required: 4+ years as Salesforce BA, Salesforce Flow Builder, and strong CRM process knowledge.
Formación
- 4+ years of experience as Salesforce Business Analyst or related role.
- Experience with Salesforce Flow Builder and Salesforce configuration.
- Strong ability to translate business needs into Salesforce solutions.
- Experience gathering requirements and facilitating stakeholder discussions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Responsabilidades
- Gather requirements with marketing and product managers for Salesforce Data Cloud use cases.
- Design and optimize data flows and integrations in Salesforce Data Cloud.
- Support analytics and reporting with high-quality data pipelines.
- Bridge technical and business requirements across data teams, admins, and stakeholders.
- Contribute to a fresh start implementation (no migration) of Salesforce Data Cloud.
