AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to drive Salesforce Data Cloud implementations. You will gather requirements with marketing and product teams, translate needs into scalable Salesforce use cases, and ensure reliable data pipelines.

Collaborative cross-functional work is key to success in this role. The ideal candidate has 4+ years in Salesforce analysis, strong CRM process knowledge, and experience with Flow Builder and Agentforce.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in Salesforce Business Analysis or a related Salesforce functional role.
• Experience with Salesforce Flow Builder.
• Salesforce Administration experience or strong knowledge of Salesforce platform configuration.
• Experience with Agentforce.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM processes, including Leads, Accounts, and Opportunities.
• Basic to intermediate SQL skills for data validation and analysis.
• Experience gathering requirements, facilitating stakeholder discussions, and translating business needs into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Upper-intermediate English level.

Responsabilidades

• Work directly with marketing and product managers to gather requirements and translate them into Salesforce Data Cloud use cases.
• Design and optimize data flows and integrations within Salesforce Data Cloud.
• Support analytics and reporting by ensuring high-quality, reliable data pipelines.
• Collaborate closely with data teams, Salesforce admins, and business stakeholders to bridge technical and business requirements.
• Contribute to a fresh start implementation (no migration) of Salesforce Data Cloud.
