AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to drive Salesforce Data Cloud implementation, translating business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions. You will collaborate with marketing, product, and data teams to design, optimize data flows, and ensure reliable pipelines for analytics and reporting.

The role requires strong Salesforce knowledge, experience with Salesforce configuration, and the ability to bridge technical and business requirements across teams.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in Salesforce Business Analysis or a related Salesforce function
• Experience with Salesforce Flow Builder
• Salesforce Administration experience or strong Salesforce configuration knowledge
• Experience with Agentforce
• Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM processes (Leads, Accounts, Opportunities)
• Basic to intermediate SQL for data validation and analysis
• Experience gathering requirements and facilitating stakeholder discussions
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Upper-intermediate English level

Responsabilidades

• Gather requirements with marketing and product managers for Salesforce Data Cloud use cases
• Design and optimize data flows and integrations within Salesforce Data Cloud
• Support analytics and reporting by ensuring high-quality data pipelines
• Collaborate with data teams, Salesforce admins, and business stakeholders to bridge technical and business requirements
• Contribute to a fresh start implementation (no migration) of Salesforce Data Cloud
