Placements24 is seeking an experienced Senior Research Scientist in Organic Chemistry to lead complex synthetic projects at our Sandton R&D center. You will drive discovery and development of novel organic molecules and mentor junior chemists.

The ideal candidate has a PhD in Organic Chemistry with 5–7 years of relevant experience, strong reaction mechanism expertise, and proven problem-solving and communication skills to advance the company's innovative pipeline.

Key Responsibilities
