The role demands 8+ years of software development, strong Node.js/TypeScript, PostgreSQL/AuroraDB with RLS, and deep AWS experience. You will review ADRs, establish standards, and collaborate across time zones.

Qualifications

• 8+ years professional software development experience.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Strong architectural leadership and mentoring experience.
• Experience designing low-latency service architectures in AWS.
• Experience with audit/evidence systems and multi-tenant security.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture decisions for large-scale systems.
• Mentor engineering teams and oversee code and architecture reviews.
• Define standards, ADRs, and documentation for architectural decisions.
• Collaborate with clients across time zones and ensure security/compliance.
