Job summary

Darwoft seeks a Senior Fullstack Engineer with a strong frontend focus to join a high‑impact international FinTech project. You will design and ship React/TypeScript features for a Customer Experience Operations Platform, collaborating with backend teams to deliver reliable, scalable experiences for agents and supervisors.

You will apply AI‑assisted engineering practices and leverage tools like Cursor, Claude Code, and GitHub Copilot while working in a modular frontend architecture.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience
• Strong frontend experience with React and TypeScript
• Hands-on experience with AI development tools and agentic workflows
• Ability to own architecture, code quality, testing, and decisions
• Experience building complex product interfaces with forms, tables, dashboards, multi-step workflows
• Experience with modern bundlers and styling frameworks
• REST APIs and OpenAPI-based services
• Campaign to collaborate with Product, Engineering, and stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain React/TypeScript features across CX modules
• Build reusable UI components, forms, tables, dashboards, workflows
• Apply AI‑assisted practices to prototyping, testing, and debugging
• Experiment with AI coding agents and automated workflows
• Build data-driven interfaces using TanStack Query, React Router, react-hook-form, and Zod
• Integrate frontend with BFF and backend APIs
• Work within micro-frontend architecture using Rspack and Module Federation
• Collaborate on API design with FastAPI backend services
• Ensure end-to-end correctness across workflows and metrics
• Contribute to authorization-aware UX and security considerations
• Troubleshoot frontend and backend issues; ensure reliability and performance
• Participate in code reviews and engineering best practices
