Job summary

AllShore Talent is seeking a mid-to-senior QA Engineer specialized in creative automation to validate end-to-end digital media production workflows. The role covers Airtable intake, AWS orchestration, Adobe Photoshop APIs, and Frame.io review/approval.

You will trace distributed workflows, verify idempotency, and ensure data integrity across complex pipelines. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with ad-tech production pipelines or cloud-native QA, and will document defects in Jira Cloud

Qualifications

• Mid-to-senior QA engineer with expertise in digital media workflow engineering, ad-tech pipelines, creative automation, or cloud-native integration QA.
• Validate field hygiene, formulas, automations, and transitions in Airtable and automation workflows.
• Frame.io as an automated review/approval surface, including asset status hooks and API authentication nuances.
• Solid understanding of Photoshop layers, smart objects, and imaging APIs for validation of outputs.
• Experience with AWS orchestration, state machines, and tracing logs across services.
• Test asynchronous, event-driven systems with webhooks, de-duplication, and idempotency in distributed pipelines.
• Document reproducible defects in Jira Cloud with assets and logs.

Responsibilities

• Validate end-to-end creative automation pipelines from Airtable through AWS, Photoshop APIs, to Frame.io.
• Ensure idempotency, de-duplication, race-condition handling, and queue throttling across workflows.
• Test recovery from network interruptions and token expiry, and validate circuit-breaker behavior.
• Design cache lifecycle tests to distinguish asset-level vs template-level caches.
• Verify asset and folder synchronization, versioning, and protection of in-progress uploads.
• Assess AI cropping, bounding-boxing, and native cropping, ensuring correct masking and output quality.
• Inspect typography, layout, and CTA bounds across multiple aspect ratios; verify disclaimer visibility.
