Avenga is seeking a Senior AQA Engineer to join a long-term project with a leading regional bank in Argentina. You will drive test automation, design and maintain frameworks, and mentor the QA team.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in QA with automation, strong Python/Pytest/Playwright skills, and fluency in Spanish with good English. This on-site role offers growth in a dynamic financial services environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Quality Assurance with a focus on test automation.
• Hands-on with Python, Pytest, Playwright, and Git.
• Experience designing and maintaining automated test frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of test planning, execution, and defect management.
• Ability to analyze test scenarios, failures, and coverage gaps.
• Experience performing functional/manual testing when needed.
• Understanding of SDLC and QA best practices.
• Knowledge of banking processes and Bantotal or similar.
• Native Spanish and intermediate English.
