MotoTech, Inc. is seeking a Senior QA Automation Engineer to join the Digital Product team in Argentina. You will own and extend the automated testing framework (TypeScript + Playwright) for the guest-facing web and mobile-web ordering experience, including API and integration tests, with an emphasis on automation-first quality.

You will mentor colleagues and help shape AI-assisted testing practices. You will implement cross-browser, end-to-end, regression, and smoke tests, ensure reliable test

• Architect and extend automated test coverage for guest-facing web/mobile-web UI and APIs.
• Mentor QA engineers and influence AI-assisted testing practices.

Responsabilidades

• Own, maintain, and expand the automation framework (TypeScript + Playwright).
• Design and execute automated UI, API, regression, and end-to-end tests across web and mobile web.
• Build cross-browser and responsive test coverage across desktop and mobile screens.
• Extend API/integration test coverage for digital ordering flows and connectors.
• Validate analytics and event tracking, test with API mocking and SSR interception.
• Maintain and improve automated test execution in CI/CD (Azure DevOps, Docker).
• Troubleshoot flaky tests and drive root-cause analysis to surface risks.
• Lead automation strategy and framework architecture decisions; contribute to QA standards.
• Mentor QA engineers and contribute to sprint planning and release validation.
