Syneos Health Commercial Solutions is seeking an Associate Program Manager in Argentina to act as a senior individual contributor within the Scientific and Medical Affairs Advisory Group, responsible for creating high-quality program materials and customer deliverables.

You will build relationships with customers and internal teams, set visions for program initiatives, and oversee delivery by project managers while applying medical affairs experience to complex specialty markets and strategic

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Experience with medical affairs, medical and integrated evidence plans.
• Strong business acumen and ability to manage projects; excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Build positive working relationships with customers, consulting staff, managers and leadership.
• Partner with the customer to establish a vision for the program/portfolio initiative and support the team.
• Demonstrate strong project management skills to meet objectives, milestones and timelines; adapt to changing priorities.
• Provide guidance and oversight to project managers on delivery approaches.
