Proofpoint is seeking a Senior Program Manager in Córdoba, Argentina, to drive delivery across our cybersecurity product portfolio. You will lead cross-functional programs spanning Engineering, Product, Threat Research, and Operations, ensuring alignment, dependency management, and timely shipping of critical products to millions of users worldwide.

Qualifications

• 7 years of program management experience in a software or product engineering organization.
• Solid understanding of software development processes and ability to engage with engineering teams on technical delivery.
• Experience with multiple Agile teams at scale and cross-team coordination practices such as Scrum of Scrums.
• Strong influencing and relationship-building skills across engineering, product, and leadership teams.
• Excellent communication skills, able to present complex information clearly to audiences at all levels.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence; proficient with dashboards and program metrics.

Responsabilités

• Own product delivery across the full software development lifecycle for cloud and appliance-based product lines.
• Drive alignment across Engineering, Product, Threat Research, Operations, and Customer Support on multi-team programs.
• Coordinate across multiple Agile teams using scaled Agile practices and manage cross-team dependencies.
• Provide strategic updates for senior leadership and communicate program status and risks.
• Lead end-to-end delivery for multiple programs, balancing long-term goals with day-to-day execution.
• Manage blockers, surface risks early, and drive timely decisions to keep programs on track.
• Engage with senior stakeholders and executive sponsors to ensure visibility into status and risks.
• Evaluate scope changes and shifting priorities, aligning teams on the path forward.
• Build and maintain proactive risk management practices across programs.
• Mentor intermediate program managers and contribute to building a high-performing team.
