Proofpoint Engineering in Córdoba, Argentina is seeking a Senior Program Manager to drive delivery across our cybersecurity product portfolio. You’ll lead cross-functional programs spanning Engineering, Product, Threat Research, and Operations to keep critical products on schedule.

You will align multiple Agile teams, manage dependencies, and provide clear status updates to executives while mentoring other program managers to build a high-performing team.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of program management experience in software or product engineering.
• Strong understanding of software development processes and ability to work with engineering teams.
• Experience with scaled Agile frameworks and cross-team coordination practices such as Scrum of Scrums.
• Excellent communication skills across all levels.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence; proficient with dashboards and program metrics.
• Able to manage ambiguity and shifting priorities with clear judgment.

Aufgaben

• Own product delivery across the full software development lifecycle - requirements, design, development, testing, and release - across cloud and appliance product lines.
• Drive alignment across Engineering, Product, Threat Research, Operations, and Customer Support on programs spanning multiple teams.
• Coordinate across multiple Agile teams using scaled Agile practices and drive program-level delivery rhythm.
• Turn program complexity into clear, strategic updates for senior leadership.
• Lead end-to-end delivery for multiple programs, balancing long-term goals with day-to-day execution.
• Manage cross-team dependencies, surface blockers early, and drive timely decisions to keep programs on track.
• Engage with senior stakeholders and executive sponsors, providing visibility into program status and risks.
• Evaluate scope changes and shifting priorities, communicating impact and path forward.
• Build and maintain proactive risk management practices across all programs.
• Mentor intermediate program managers and contribute to a high-performing team.
