Proofpoint in Córdoba, Argentina, is seeking a Senior Program Manager to drive delivery across cybersecurity product portfolios. You will lead cross-functional programs spanning Engineering, Product, Threat Research, and Operations to ensure on-time releases protecting millions of users worldwide.

The role requires 7+ years in program management within software or product engineering, strong Agile experience at scale, and exceptional communication.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of program management experience in a software or product engineering organization.
• Experience working with multiple Agile teams at scale—familiar with scaled Agile frameworks and cross-team coordination such as Scrum of Scrums.
• Strong influencing and relationship-building skills across engineering, product, and leadership teams.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly to audiences at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Own product delivery across the full software development lifecycle for cloud and appliance-based product lines.
• Drive alignment across Engineering, Product, Threat Research, Operations, and Customer Support on multi-team programs.
• Coordinate across multiple Agile teams using scaled Agile practices and align sprints and dependencies.
• Provide clear status updates to senior leadership and manage program risks and blockers.
• Lead end-to-end delivery for multiple programs simultaneously, balancing long-term goals with day-to-day execution.
• Mentor intermediate program managers and contribute to building a high-performing team.
