Qualifications

• 7 years of program management experience in software/product engineering.
• Experience with multiple Agile teams at scale and cross-team coordination.
• Strong influencing, relationship-building, and communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence; dashboards and metrics.

Responsibilities

• Own programs across the full software delivery lifecycle for cloud and appliance lines.
• Coordinate across Engineering, Product, Threat Research, Operations and Support.
• Align sprints, dependencies, and program cadence across multiple teams.
• Provide senior leadership with clear status and risk updates.
• Mentor junior program managers and help build a high-performing team.
