Job summary

Proofpoint in Córdoba, Argentina is seeking a Senior Program Manager to drive cross-functional delivery across Engineering, Product, Threat Research, and Operations. You will ensure programs stay aligned, dependencies are managed, and critical products ship on time to protect millions of users worldwide.

The role requires strong experience in scalable Agile practices, stakeholder communication, and mentor-ship of junior PMs, within a global cybersecurity product portfolio.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of program management experience in a software or product engineering organization.
• Solid understanding of software development processes and ability to engage engineering teams on technical delivery.
• Experience working with multiple Agile teams at scale; familiar with scaled Agile frameworks and cross-team coordination such as Scrum of Scrums.
• Strong influencing and relationship-building skills across engineering, product, and leadership teams.
• Excellent communication skills to present complex information clearly to all levels.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence; proficient with dashboards and program metrics.

Responsibilities

• Own product delivery across the full software development lifecycle for cloud and appliance-based product lines.
• Drive alignment across multiple teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Coordinate across Agile teams, align sprints, manage dependencies, and drive delivery rhythm.
• Provide clear, strategic updates for senior leadership on program status and risks.
• Lead end-to-end delivery for multiple programs, balancing long-term goals with day-to-day execution.
• Mentor intermediate program managers and help build a high-performing team.
