Job summary

Proofpoint Engineering in Cordoba, Argentina, is seeking a Senior Program Manager to drive delivery across our cybersecurity product portfolio, spanning cloud and appliance-based product lines. Qualifications

• 7 years of program management experience in a software or product engineering organization.
• Solid understanding of software development processes and ability to engage with engineering teams on technical delivery.
• Experience working with multiple Agile teams at scale - familiar with scaled Agile frameworks and cross-team coordination practices such as Scrum of Scrums.
• Strong influencing and relationship-building skills across engineering, product, and leadership teams.
• Excellent communication skills - able to present complex information clearly to audiences at all levels.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence; proficient with dashboards and program metrics.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program delivery across the software lifecycle for cloud and appliance products.
• Coordinate across Engineering, Product, Threat Research, Operations, and Support.
• Manage multi-team sprints and cross-team dependencies using scaled Agile practices.
• Provide strategic updates to senior leadership on status and risks.
• Mentor intermediate program managers and foster a high-performing team.
• Identify and resolve blockers to keep programs on schedule.
