Job summary

SAP SE Buenos Aires is seeking a senior technical leader for the Talent & Learning IT product team. You will drive Career and Talent Development initiatives within HR IT, including AI Assistants and SuccessFactors enhancements, across a multinational scope.

You will manage demand, consult with P&C colleagues, refine requirements, prototype solutions, and lead large projects from design through run. Strong English communication and 10+ years of experience are required; mentoring and agile

Qualifications

10+ years of work experience across HR/IT or related fields.
Expert knowledge and certification in SAP SuccessFactors Career and Talent Development (Succession).
Experience implementing and enabling SAP SuccessFactors Career and Talent Development modules.
Strong interpersonal and English communication skills.
Ability to consult with business, create proposals, and drive decisions.

Responsibilities

Lead large, complex HR IT programs including milestones, risks and stakeholder alignment.
Work on Career and Talent Development deliverables and AI Assistants within the HR IT portfolio.
Provide expert IT solution consulting to People & Culture colleagues.
Collaborate with SuccessFactors Product and Engineering to refine backlog and roadmap.
Mentor junior team members and ensure reliable delivery across releases.
