AppDirect is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own critical capabilities for the Tackle Platform and Salesforce app integration. You will define a clear product vision, prioritize high-impact initiatives, and collaborate with engineering, design, and customer-facing teams to deliver scalable, reliable solutions that drive revenue growth.

You will partner with cloud partners and hyperscalers to optimize co-sell motions and ensure seamless experiences across cloud ecosystems.

Formación

• 6+ years of product management experience with a track record of owning and shipping customer-facing products.
• Domain experience in B2B SaaS.
• Experience with hyperscalers and cloud ecosystems.
• Experience gathering feedback from customers and internal stakeholders to validate problems and solutions.
• Ability to partner with engineering and design to translate ambiguity into clear requirements.
• Strong product judgment and data-driven prioritization.

Responsabilidades

• Own the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for Co-sell & Benefits.
• Build and ship customer-facing products and experiences in partner and cloud ecosystems.
• Gather deep customer insights and translate them into actionable product requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and GTM teams to deliver features and improvements.
• Use qualitative and quantitative data to prioritize work and define success metrics.
• Balance short-term needs with long-term platform scalability and health.
• Communicate plans and decisions clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Produce concise product artifacts, including requirements and launch plans.
