Job summary

Linden Lab is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own complex client product areas end-to-end for Desktop and Mobile Apps. You will translate vision into strategy, roadmaps, and execution, shaping user experience, adoption, engagement, and monetization.

In this individual-contributor role reporting to the SVP, Product, you will drive initiatives with autonomy, balancing customer value, technical feasibility, and business impact in a fast-paced, hybrid SF environment.

Qualifications

• Typically 8+ years of Product Management experience delivering consumer apps.
• Strong ability to define strategy, roadmaps, success metrics, and growth plans.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills with experimentation, A/B testing, metrics-driven development.
• Experience with client platforms (mobile and desktop) and APIs.
• Capability with AI tools to improve product discovery, prototyping, analysis, and team efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams through all phases of frontend and backend product development, owning end-to-end strategy and execution.
• Shape product vision and strategy with product, design, engineering, and marketing, aligning roadmaps to company objectives.
• Drive weekly executive product reviews, present progress, and surface tradeoffs for timely decisions.
• Collaborate with Engineering, PM, Marketing, and Insights to deliver measurable outcomes and API/platform improvements.
• Own and optimize core metrics including DAU, MAU, retention, and monetization through data-driven decisions.
