Morean is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the pre-placement domain for a US labor marketplace. You will ship end‑to‑end AI agentic workflows, prototype solutions, and analyze agent transcripts while engaging users weekly.

The role is 100% remote, with international collaboration across Operations, Product, and Engineering. You’ll drive product decisions, establish metrics, and partner with engineers to balance pragmatic trade‑offs.

Qualificações

• 7+ years of experience building digital products with end‑to‑end ownership.
• Hands‑on experience shipping LLM‑based products to production (conversational agents / multi‑agent workflows).
• Strong technical skills: prototype, read code, SQL, analyze agent conversations.

About The Role

At Morean, we're looking for a Senior Product Manager based in Latin America to join the product team of a leading US labor marketplace. Our client connects thousands of businesses with over 2 million frontline workers across the United States and is backed by Sequoia Capital and Bain Capital.

You’ll join the pre-placement team, which builds the agentic systems that get the right workers into the right jobs at scale. AI agents already power much of the worker placement journey. Your mission will be to close the remaining gaps, make existing agents more capable and better connected, and drive adoption as they evolve into a coordinated agentic system that manages most of the placement journey.

This is a hands‑on product role, not a traditional roadmap‑and‑slides position. We’re looking for a builder with strong product judgment who prototypes solutions, analyzes agent transcripts, writes evaluations, and talks to users every week.

Responsibilities

• Own product decisions and outcomes for the pre-placement domain, from problem discovery and solution design to release and adoption.
• Identify high‑impact opportunities for AI agents to improve placement, fill rates, worker experience, and operational efficiency.
• Lead the development and continuous improvement of agentic workflows in production..
• Work directly with Operations and users to map real workflows, uncover edge cases, and design how humans and agents hand work to each other.
• Define metrics, evaluations, and feedback loops to measure agent performance and continuously improve results.
• Partner closely with engineers on pragmatic product and technical trade‑offs, prototyping solutions yourself when that is the fastest way to validate an idea.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience building digital products, including at least 3 years in a Product, technical leadership, or founder role with end‑to‑end ownership..
• Hands‑on experience shipping LLM‑based products to production, such as conversational agents, multi‑agent workflows, RAG systems, or copilots, with measurable real‑world usage.
• Strong technical skills, including the ability to prototype, read code, query data using SQL, and inspect agent conversations independently. An engineering background is a strong plus.
• Experience designing evaluations, quality metrics, and human‑in‑the‑loop workflows for AI systems..
• A founder's mindset: comfortable with significant ambiguity, motivated by ownership, and willing to work directly with Operations to understand problems firsthand.
• Near‑native English proficiency, both spoken and written, to collaborate daily with US‑based Operations, Product, and Engineering teams.
• Ability to travel to the US and Canada, with a valid US visa or the ability to obtain one.

Nice to have

• Experience in two‑sided marketplaces, staffing, HR tech, or high‑volume operations.
• Early‑stage or founding experience, ideally in a venture‑backed startup.
• Familiarity with agent frameworks and tools such as LangGraph, Claude Agent SDK, MCP, and vector search..
