• Strong experience across Growth, Product Marketing, Lifecycle, or similar roles.
• Highly analytical and curious about why metrics move.
• Ability to go from data → insight → hypothesis → execution → impact.

Aufgaben

• Find problems through data and identify opportunities in funnels, cohorts, retention, churn, activation, monetization, and product usage.
• Turn insights into execution with hypotheses, KPIs, and campaigns or experiments.
• Own campaigns end-to-end to activate users, increase adoption, improve retention, recover churn, and drive incremental revenue.
• Measure the impact of initiatives, learn, and iterate.
• Work hands-on with data and dashboards; SQL is a strong plus.
