Worley in Buenos Aires seeks a Deputy Sr Procurement Manager to lead procurement for major projects, aligning delivery with schedule and cost targets. You will prepare procurement plans, issue RFQs, evaluate bids and drive supplier selection, ensuring quality compliance.

The role requires 15+ years in procurement with supervisory and project management experience, with willingness to travel to San Juan when needed.

Formación

• University Degree or equivalent in related field; typically 15+ years of supervisory, project management or technical experience.
• Advanced understanding of systems, processes and tools related to procurement; able to troubleshoot and assist others.
• Based in Buenos Aires with potential relocation to San Juan; travel to San Juan may be required.

Responsabilidades

• Develop procurement plans for equipment, materials and third party services for projects.
• Prepare RFQ packages and vendor list; evaluate bids and recommend awards.
• Ensure delivery timing aligns with project schedules and cost targets.
• Lead supplier relationships and negotiations to maintain quality and compliance.
• Coordinate with project teams and management, presenting proposals and progress.
