Worley is seeking a Deputy Sr Procurement Manager inBuenos Aires, Argentina, responsible for all procurement activities to meet project schedules and budgets. You will prepare procurement plans, issue RFQs, evaluate bids, and recommend awards while maintaining vendor lists and ensuring quality compliance.

The role requires a university degree, ~15+ years of experience, and strong communication with senior management. Based in Buenos Aires with potential relocation to San Juan; travel as needed.

Formación

• University Degree, or equivalent, in related field or applicable discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Typically 15+ years relevant experience including supervisory, project management and/or technical experience.
• Advanced understanding of systems, processes and tools related to field.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare procurement plans identifying key equipment, materials and third party services.
• Issue RFQ packages to vendors and evaluate bids.
• Provide recommendations for award based on vendor bids.
• Prepare and maintain approved vendor lists for the project.
• Communicate proposals and reports to senior management clearly.
