Werben HR is seeking an experienced Power BI Developer with extensive BI knowledge to translate business requirements into technical BI solutions. You will design data models, build dashboards, and implement DAX queries in a hybrid work setting in Buenos Aires.

You will work with Power BI, SSAS, SSRS, and SSIS, and collaborate on data warehousing projects, data gateways, and ETL processes, while communicating in English for technical interviews.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in data preparation, data gateway, and data warehousing projects.
• 5+ years with the Microsoft Business Intelligence Stack: Power BI, SSAS, SSRS, SSIS.
• 3–4 years of experience with a self-service BI tool such as Power BI.
• Understanding of JavaScript, CSS, SQL, and other JavaScript libraries.

Responsabilidades

• Understand business requirements within the BI context.
• Design data models transforming raw data into meaningful insights.
• Create dashboards and interactive reports using Power BI.
• Identify KPIs with clear objectives and monitor them.
• Analyze data and present it through reports to support business decisions.
• Translate requirements into technical specifications.
• Define timelines for completing technical solutions.
• Design, develop, and deploy Power BI scripts.
• Perform data analysis and develop DAX queries and functions.
• Document data structures: algorithms, parameters, models, relationships.
• Conduct data warehouse development and perform SQL querying.
• Use filters/graphs to improve data analysis.
• Define and design new systems by analyzing ETL processes.
• Make technical changes to BI systems to enhance functionality.

• Define and design new systems by analyzing existing ETL processes.
• Make technical changes to existing BI systems to enhance their functionality and performance.

Work Modality

Hybrid – 1 or 2 days per week at our offices in Parque Patricios.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Language Requirement

Advanced English is mandatory, as all technical interviews will be conducted in English.
