Job summary

AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Senior Platform Engineer to design and scale core infrastructure that supports rapid growth. You will build reliable platform services, manage cloud resources on AWS and Kubernetes, and work with service mesh tech to keep systems secure and performant.

The role emphasizes distributed architecture, AI-native tooling, strong communication, and ownership. Remote-friendly with flex-time and opportunities to collaborate across Fortune 500 and top product companies.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of server development in Python or TypeScript.
• 3+ years of API design and development (REST/gRPC).
• 2+ years of AWS and Kubernetes experience with service mesh tech (Istio/Linkerd/Cilium).
• 2+ years building advanced architectural components (service registry, streaming, event bus, distributed caching, polyglot persistence).
• 6+ months of experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, harness engineering, or AIOps tooling.
• 6+ months of SDLC AI-native usage via Claude Code, Claude Cowork, or similar.
• Excellent communication skills, the ability to learn quickly, and ownership mindset.
• Upper-intermediate English level.

ABOUT THE ROLE
