AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Platform Engineer to design and scale core infrastructure, including AWS and Kubernetes resources, with a focus on performance and security. The role emphasizes distributed systems and AI-native tooling across teams.

The ideal candidate will have strong API design skills, service mesh experience, and a track record of building scalable platform services in a fast-growing environment. Hybrid work options are available.

Qualificações

• 4+ years server development in Python or TypeScript.
• 3+ years API design and development (REST/gRPC).
• 2+ years AWS and Kubernetes experience, with service mesh exposure.
• 2+ years building advanced architectural components (service registry, streaming, event bus, distributed caching, polyglot persistence).
• 6+ months experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, or AIOps tooling.
• 6+ months of SDLC AI-native usage with Claude Code/Claude Cowork or similar.
• Excellent communication, fast learner, ownership mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and maintain scalable platform services to support growth.
• Monitor, measure, and optimize system performance; resolve bottlenecks.
• Manage cloud resources and service boundaries, ensuring security and operation excellence.
• Implement best practices, methodologies, and tools to improve development efficiency.
• Communicate progress, risks, and issues to senior leadership.
