Santex Group in Argentina seeks a Senior/Lead Data Architect to advance our RTCDP and Adobe Journey Optimizer ecosystems. You will operate, optimize, and evolve a mature Adobe-based platform, collaborating with marketing, CRM, and analytics teams rather than handling isolated tickets.

Key challenges include building robust data sources and schemas, managing identity resolution, and guiding migrations toward Databricks.

Formación

• Senior or Lead with strong Adobe RTCDP and AJO experience.
• Hands-on data architecture: schemas, identity resolution, datasets, destinations.
• Experience with AWS-based data infrastructure.
• Databricks / lakehouse migration experience is highly preferred.
• Comfortable partnering with CRM, Marketing, and Analytics stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Operate and optimize RTCDP and AJO on a mature platform.
• Develop data sources, datasets, identities, and retention policies for RTCDP.
• Guide migration and implementation of AJO channels and decisions.
• Support Cloud Data Platform evolution toward Databricks.
