Applaudo is seeking a senior PeopleSoft HCM Consultant to analyze complex enterprise environments, optimize HR processes, and design automation using native PeopleSoft capabilities. You will work with stakeholders, document technical solutions, and present recommendations to drive business outcomes.

Candidates bring deep PeopleSoft HCM and Tools knowledge, with experience in Payroll, Benefits, and Health & Welfare, and fluent English.

Formación

• Senior-level experience with PeopleSoft HCM in complex enterprise environments.
• Strong functional knowledge of Payroll, Health & Welfare, and Benefits modules.
• Hands-on technical expertise with PeopleTools and automation within PeopleSoft environments.
• Experience documenting technical solutions and presenting recommendations to stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Review and analyze existing PeopleSoft HCM business processes.
• Identify and recommend automation strategies using native PeopleSoft functionality.
• Define automation requirements, approaches, dependencies, and complexity for HCM processes.
• Develop detailed automation plans covering scope, approach, timelines, tools, assumptions, and implementation considerations.
• Create clear and structured technical documentation to support review and decision-making processes.
• Establish repeatable documentation and automation planning approaches based on stakeholder feedback.
• Support the planning and prioritization of automation initiatives.
• Design and implement PeopleSoft configurations and custom solutions as implementation activities progress.
• Support testing, troubleshooting, defect resolution, and technical validation.
• Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to understand requirements and provide recommendations.
