Applaudo is seeking a senior PeopleSoft HCM Consultant to analyze complex enterprise environments and identify opportunities to optimize HCM processes with native automation.

You will document technical solutions, communicate with business stakeholders, and design automation approaches within PeopleSoft, including Payroll, Health & Welfare, and Benefits modules. Strong PeopleTools skills required.

Formación

• Senior-level experience with PeopleSoft HCM in complex environments.
• Strong knowledge of Payroll, Health & Welfare, and Benefits.
• Proven ability to design automation within PeopleSoft.

Responsabilidades

• Review and analyze existing PeopleSoft HCM processes.
• Define automation strategies using native PeopleSoft capabilities.
• Develop automation plans with scope, timelines, and tools.
• Create technical documentation to support reviews and decisions.
