Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. seeks an ORM Senior Associate for Argentina and Chile to provide independent oversight and guidance on operational risks in Payments, leveraging the CCOR framework.

You will interact with Business, Legal, Audit, Finance and other control functions to maintain a strong risk environment. The role requires collaborating across Argentina and Chile with a focus on regulatory reviews and risk identification.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor degree in Finance, Business or Risk related subject.
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant industry experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Experience interacting with audit and local regulators is a plus.
• Working knowledge of Payments products preferred.
• Ability to work independently in a matrix reporting structure.

Responsibilities

• Independent oversight, guidance and review across ORM initiatives for Payments in Argentina and Chile.
• Support regulatory reviews, audits, exams, deliverables and inquiries.
• Conduct independent assessments of operational risks leveraging the CCOR framework.
• Understand and provide guidance on local regulatory requirements in Argentina and Chile.
• Review CCOR policies and align with local obligations and corporate requirements.
