JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking an ORM Senior Associate for Argentina and Chile within CCOR to provide second line of defense for Payments. Based in Argentina, you will partner with Business, Legal, Finance and Audit to strengthen risk controls.

You will conduct independent risk assessments, review policies, and support regulatory exams. Strong English and Spanish communication, plus ability to work independently in a matrix environment are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor degree in Finance, Business or Risk related subject.
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant industry experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Spanish.
• Experience with audits or regulators is a plus.
• Ability to work independently in a matrix structure.

Responsabilidades

• Provide independent ORM oversight for Payments in Argentina and Chile.
• Support regulatory reviews, audits, exams and inquiries.
• Conduct risk assessments using the CCOR framework.
• Interpret local regulatory requirements affecting operational risk.
• Review CCOR policies to ensure alignment with obligations.
• Contribute to risk appetite and risk identification from 2LOD.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders across control functions.
• Manage horizontal risks (resiliency, outsourcing, data risk).
• Leverage Copilot and analytics tools to generate insights.
