JPMorgan Chase & Co. seeks an ORM Senior Associate for Argentina and Chile to provide second line of defense for Payments and support regulatory reviews, audits, and risk assessments across the region.

You will partner with Business, Legal, Finance and Audit to strengthen the risk and control environment, leverage analytics and AI tools, and advance CCOR programs within a matrix reporting structure.

Formación

• Minimum Bachelor degree in Finance, Business or Risk related subject.
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant industry experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Experience interacting with audit and local regulators is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Independent oversight, guidance and review across ORM initiatives and business processes for Payments in Argentina and Chile.
• Support regulatory reviews, audits, exams, deliverables and inquiries.
• Conduct independent assessments of operational risks using the CCOR framework.
• Understand and provide guidance on local regulatory requirements in Argentina and Chile.
• Review CCOR policies and ensure alignment with local obligations and corporate standards.
• Assist in Operational Risk Appetite and risk identification from a second line of defense perspective.
• Develop relationships with stakeholders across Business, Legal, Audit, Finance and other control functions.
• Responsible for horizontal risk oversight (resiliency, outsourcing, data risk) for the area of coverage.
