Job summary

Santex is seeking a Network Security Engineer to safeguard our infrastructure and support the company’s security strategy through advanced network security solutions. The role focuses on implementing, monitoring, and tuning security controls across our network estate.

You will manage web filtering policies, troubleshoot complex networking issues, and contribute to network design and performance monitoring in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Network Security Engineer or Network Infrastructure Engineer.
• Proven expertise as a Zscaler SME with hands-on experience in ZIA and ZPA design, deployment, and troubleshooting.
• Strong experience in SIEM operational environments and network security monitoring.
• Deep knowledge of core networking fundamentals: DNS, routing protocols, subnets, and network architecture/design.
• Hands-on experience managing enterprise network security tools (Firewalls, VPNs).
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex web filtering policies and network connectivity failures.
• Experience working in Tier 3 support roles or NOC monitoring environments.
